Literature Text
A scream cut through the silence. Birds cried out. Fog seeped through the dense forest, its appearance ghostly. Twigs snapped somewhere in the distance, followed by footsteps. Soon a slim figure broke through the thick fog.
Black tendrils snaked its way towards the branches, connected to a white figure. Violet eyes turned oily, a grin spreading across its face. A dress on its body, the edges drenched and dripping with blood, soaking into the ground. Dark, purplish veins cut through the skin as the body hovered half a foot off the ground.
Its arms reached out to grab hold of an unfortunate victim, its grip tight. After a heartbeats pause, the victim was torn apart..
I woke up crying out a name. And that name, was Anna.

A thing I wrote today in writing club and I might turn this into a story with chapters since a friend suggested that I should. I just might do that. This just might be a 'prologue' I think.
Anyway, this is based off of the book Anna Dressed In Blood.
Edit: I fixed the spelling error that I caught! It originally said 'slime' instead of 'slim'. Im sorry for not catching this earlier D:
